Point notable : cette derni\u00e8re est d\u2019une <strong>dur\u00e9e de 20 ans<\/strong> \u2013 soit le double des autres lieux ouverts sur la Petite Ceinture (10 ans). SNCF Immobilier vise sans doute \u00e0 permettre \u00e0 la structure laur\u00e9ate de d\u00e9velopper la <strong>rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique<\/strong> de son projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure concern\u00e9e<\/strong>. Elle fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une convention de superposition d\u2019affectation avec la Ville de Paris (CSA Est). Les toitures bac acier et les charpentes en bois pourront \u00e9galement \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9es<a href=\"applewebdata:\/\/4E6C34FB-D643-4CFE-B458-DBC1D0EAFB9E#_ftn3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, SNCF R\u00e9seau pr\u00e9cise que les installations de l\u2019\u00c9cole comestible devront \u00eatre facilement <strong>d\u00e9montables<\/strong> afin de permettre les <strong>visites de surveillance des ouvrages<\/strong> par l\u2019Infrap\u00f4le Nord. Ces visites ont lieu <strong>tous les 3 ans<\/strong>, sans nacelle ni engin. Il \u00e9carte \u00e9galement les risques de squat et de d\u00e9gradation suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, on regrette le <strong>peu d\u2019importance<\/strong> accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la <strong>dimension ferroviaire de la Petite Ceinture<\/strong>. Rappelons qu\u2019un transport ferroviaire sur la ligne n\u2019aurait pas besoin des anciennes gares, utilisant simplement des quais bas. \u00c0 ce titre, les lignes de <strong>tram T2 et T13<\/strong> fournissent d\u2019excellents exemples de r\u00e9utilisation d\u2019emprises ferroviaires pour un transport rapide, efficace et \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
