Situ\u00e9 <strong>le long du parc Georges Brassens<\/strong>, il prolonge vers l\u2019est la section ouverte en 2013 via le tunnel de Vaugirard et valorise le site des anciens abattoirs. Ouvert en 1985, ce dernier a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement exact des <strong>anciens abattoirs de Vaugirard<\/strong> \u2013 qui \u00e9taient approvisionn\u00e9s <strong>par le rail<\/strong>. Con\u00e7u pour \u00ab&nbsp;devenir un espace de vie et de contemplation&nbsp;\u00bb, son pavement a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9. On d\u00e9plore cependant la disparition du b\u00e2timent en brique, vestige de l\u2019exploitation des abattoirs \u2013 qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9moli en 2022&nbsp;en raison de sa v\u00e9tust\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La plateforme interm\u00e9diaire<\/strong> correspond \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne voie desservant le quai de d\u00e9chargement (en cul-de-sac). Il \u00e9tait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement envahi par la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation&nbsp;: les am\u00e9nageurs ont conserv\u00e9 cet \u00e9tat de&nbsp;fait.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La plateforme ferroviaire<\/strong> est occup\u00e9e par la voie de la Petite Ceinture, qui demeure intacte. Ainsi, un <strong>cheminement central en b\u00e9ton<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9 au-dessus des traverses, laissant les rails apparents \u2013 et circulables. En haut de la vo\u00fbte, un <strong>\u00e9clairage z\u00e9nithal<\/strong> doit am\u00e9liorer l\u2019ambiance du&nbsp;lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration&nbsp;\u00bb d\u2019un tunnel<\/strong> est d\u2019ailleurs <strong>in\u00e9dite<\/strong> sur la Petite Ceinture\u2026 et marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans <strong>l\u2019appropriation de la PC<\/strong> par la Mairie de Paris&nbsp;! En outre, cet am\u00e9nagement pourrait \u00eatre expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des <strong>risques de squat<\/strong> ou <strong>d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> en dehors des heures d\u2019ouverture au public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce type <strong>d\u2019espace semi-ferm\u00e9<\/strong> peut \u00eatre per\u00e7u (et \u00e0 juste titre) comme des <strong>zones propices \u00e0 des&nbsp;occupations illicites<\/strong> ou \u00e0 des <strong>incivilit\u00e9s<\/strong>, notamment le soir et\/ou en l\u2019absence de surveillance r\u00e9guli\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nouvelle section ouverte au public dans le 15<sup class=\"ordinal\">e<\/sup> arrondissement a le m\u00e9rite de <strong>mettre en lumi\u00e8re<\/strong> l\u2019histoire des <strong>anciens abattoirs de Vaugirard<\/strong> \u2013 bien moins connus que <a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/gares-petite-ceinture\/paris-bestiaux-et-paris-abattoirs\/\">ceux de La Villette<\/a>. Mais ce prolongement vers l\u2019est de la PC pose plusieurs questions, notamment en termes de <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>.
