En effet, la repose des voies est une <strong>\u00e9tape indispensable<\/strong> pour que la <a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/la-ligne\/etat-petite-ceinture\/gare-gobelins-avenir-ferroviaire\/\">gare des Gobelins<\/a>, situ\u00e9e juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, puisse \u00e0 nouveau \u00eatre <strong>desservie par le rail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-association-sauvegarde-petite-ceinture wp-block-embed-association-sauvegarde-petite-ceinture\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"oceanwp-oembed-wrap clr\"><blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"95t8vA2GkS\"><a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/la-ligne\/etat-petite-ceinture\/gare-gobelins-avenir-ferroviaire\/\">\u00c9tat de la PC \u2013 d\u00e9cembre 2024&nbsp;: \u00e0 la gare des Gobelins, quel avenir pour le fret ferroviaire&nbsp;?<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"\u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tat de la PC \u2013 d\u00e9cembre 2024&nbsp;: \u00e0 la gare des Gobelins, quel avenir pour le fret ferroviaire&nbsp;?\u00a0\u00bb &#8212; Association Sauvegarde Petite Ceinture\" src=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/la-ligne\/etat-petite-ceinture\/gare-gobelins-avenir-ferroviaire\/embed\/#?secret=E0K8KDWiBa#?secret=95t8vA2GkS\" data-secret=\"95t8vA2GkS\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, le <strong>retrait des voies<\/strong> de la PC entre la <strong>rue Patay<\/strong> et <strong>l&rsquo;Avenue de Choisy<\/strong> avait \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 par la \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2017-SG-32.pdf\">Convention d&rsquo;occupation temporaire au profit de la RATP pour la r\u00e9alisation de la gare Maison-Blanche<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb (<strong>d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration 2017 SG 32<\/strong>, approuv\u00e9e au Conseil de Paris lors de la s\u00e9ance des <a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2017-SG-32-1.pdf\">25, 26 et 27 septembre 2017<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de permettre \u00e0 la RATP d&rsquo;implanter une <strong>base-vie<\/strong> et une <strong>centrale \u00e0<\/strong> b\u00e9ton, qui ont servi \u00e0 la construction de la <strong>nouvelle station de la ligne 14<\/strong>. De m\u00eame, la plateforme ferroviaire ainsi mise \u00e0 nu avait \u00e9t\u00e9 recouverte d&rsquo;une couche <strong>d&rsquo;asphalte<\/strong> pour faciliter le passage d&rsquo;engins de chantier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image (propri\u00e9taire de la PC), la <strong>RATP<\/strong> et la <strong>Mairie<\/strong>, la <strong>repose des voies<\/strong> \u00e9tait <strong>pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s la fin du chantier<\/strong>. Maintenant que le prolongement de la ligne 14 vers Orly est <strong>op\u00e9rationnel<\/strong>, il ne restait plus que les travaux <strong>aient vraiment lieu<\/strong> \u2013 ce qui devrait (a priori) \u00eatre r\u00e9ellement le cas. Un <strong>sc\u00e9nario \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 la Rosa-Parks\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> (non-repose des voies apr\u00e8s les travaux du RER E) serait donc \u00eatre <strong>\u00e9vit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marchesonline.com\/appels-offres\/avis\/remise-en-etat-de-la-petite-ceinture-gare-de-maison\/ao-9188288-1\">appel d&rsquo;offres<\/a> avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par la <strong>RATP<\/strong> le 29 mars 2024 en vue des \u00ab\u00a0travaux de d\u00e9pose, d\u00e9molition, terrassement, pose de voie ferr\u00e9e et prestations diverses li\u00e9es \u00e0 la <strong>restitution de l\u2019usage de la Petite Ceinture<\/strong> sur le tron\u00e7on situ\u00e9 entre le croisement rue du dessous des Berges \/ rue Regnault et la limite est de l\u2019Avenue d\u2019Italie\u00a0\u00bb. La RATP pr\u00e9cise ainsi que \u00ab\u00a0Les travaux [de la station Maison-Blanche] \u00e9tant aujourd\u2019hui termin\u00e9s, le but est de <strong>restituer la Petite Ceinture \u00e0 son \u00e9tat d\u2019origine<\/strong> sur ce tron\u00e7on\u00a0\u00bb. Dans le d\u00e9tail, les travaux comprennent : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9pose et \u00e9vacuation de bases vie (environ 120 modules)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9pose de caniveau (environ 1 200 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9pose de rev\u00eatement superficiel (environ 14 000 m\u00b2) &#8211; Retrait de grave ciment (environ 2 150 m3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retrait de grave naturelle (environ 4 400 m3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9pose de g\u00e9otextile (environ 16 400 m\u00b2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fourniture, pose et fixation des rails (environ 520 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pose de voie ferr\u00e9e reprise sur stock (environ 210 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconstitution d&rsquo;un mur de sout\u00e8nement architectural (environ 190 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9vacuation des d\u00e9chets en d\u00e9charge (environ 8 000 m3) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pose de portails anti-intrusion (3 unit\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, des interrogations demeurent quant aux <a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/la-ligne\/etat-petite-ceinture\/pc-13-nouvelles-promenades-interrogations\/\">vell\u00e9it\u00e9s de la Mairie du 13e<\/a> arrondissement, qui envisage d&rsquo;am\u00e9nager une <strong>section ouverte au public<\/strong> \u00e0 cet endroits pr\u00e9cis \u2013 avec plantation d&rsquo;arbres au niveau de la rampe menant \u00e0 la gare des Gobelins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notre association reste donc vigilante sur ce sujet<\/strong>, afin que les rails nouvellement pos\u00e9s ne servent pas uniquement \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0faire
