En revanche, la desserte par le <strong>rail<\/strong> semble <strong>compromise<\/strong>. Il sera \u00ab\u00a0destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la <strong>distribution urbaine<\/strong> et \u00e0 la <strong>livraison du dernier kilom\u00e8tre<\/strong>. Le hub sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 selon des normes environnementales et de bien-\u00eatre \u00e9lev\u00e9es, y compris une infrastructure de recharge pour les <strong>v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/strong> et les <strong>tricycles de livraison<\/strong> ainsi que des <strong>points de recyclage<\/strong> et un centre de r\u00e9paration de v\u00e9los\u00a0\u00bb, apprenait-t-on dans un article publi\u00e9 par l&rsquo;entreprise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.segro.com\/fr\/medias\/actualites\/2020\/240920-segro-va-livrer-une-plate-forme-logistique-souterraine-pionniere-au-centre-de-paris\">en 2020<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/SEGRO-OLYMPIADES-REP-DEC-2023-DSC_2999_-HD-1400-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Gare des Gobelins ferroviaire Petite Ceinture\" class=\"wp-image-9021\" srcset=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/SEGRO-OLYMPIADES-REP-DEC-2023-DSC_2999_-HD-1400-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/SEGRO-OLYMPIADES-REP-DEC-2023-DSC_2999_-HD-1400-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/SEGRO-OLYMPIADES-REP-DEC-2023-DSC_2999_-HD-1400-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/SEGRO-OLYMPIADES-REP-DEC-2023-DSC_2999_-HD-1400.jpg 1400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u00a9 Lotfi Dakhli \/ Segro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Des travaux pr\u00e9liminaires ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 en <strong>d\u00e9cembre 2023<\/strong>, et doivent se poursuivre <strong>jusqu&rsquo;en 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quid de la desserte ferroviaire ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformation de la gare des Gobelins conna\u00eet un grand coup d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur en <strong>novembre 2024<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/mediaroom.bouygues-construction.com\/bouygues-construction-rehabilite-lancienne-gare-des-gobelins-en-hotel-logistique-urbain-innovant\/\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse<\/a>, Bouygues Construction annonce que le site deviendra d&rsquo;ici 2025 <strong>\u00ab\u00a0le premier h\u00f4tel logistique urbain &lsquo;g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de liens'\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet vise ainsi \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 <strong>trois grands objectifs<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9carbonation de la livraison du dernier kilom\u00e8tre ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologie et innovation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lien urbain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e8me : le <strong>ferroviaire<\/strong> n&rsquo;est <strong>aucunement mentionn\u00e9<\/strong> dans ce communiqu\u00e9 \u2013 y compris dans la partie d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la <strong>d\u00e9carbonation de la logistique urbaine<\/strong> : un comble ! Le visuel [pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Bouygues Construction] conserve bien les voies ferr\u00e9es telles qu\u2019elles se pr\u00e9sentent actuellement. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re les voies menant au <strong>raccordement vers la Petite Ceinture<\/strong> ne sont <strong>pas modifi\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, l&rsquo;avenir de la desserte par le rail (via la Petite Ceinture) semble plus incertain :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>En ce qui concerne la <strong>relance d\u2019une activit\u00e9 de fret ferroviaire<\/strong>, celle-ci <strong>d\u00e9pend des politiques nationales et locales<\/strong> port\u00e9es notamment par la <strong>SNCF<\/strong>, la <strong>Ville de Paris<\/strong>, la <strong>R\u00e9gion<\/strong> et les <strong>services de l\u2019\u00c9tat<\/strong>. Les diverses d\u00e9marches que nous avons men\u00e9es ne donnent <strong>pas de perspective \u00e0 court ou moyen terme<\/strong> pour la Petite Ceinture<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En clair : <strong>faute de r\u00e9elle volont\u00e9 politique<\/strong>, la desserte par le chemin de fer (via la Petite Ceinture) de la gare des Gobelins est <strong>fortement compromise<\/strong>. En \u00e9tant le <strong>moyen de transport le moins polluant<\/strong>, le rail est <strong><em>la<\/em> v\u00e9ritable option<\/strong> pour d\u00e9velopper<strong> un fret urbain d\u00e9carbon\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, la Petite Ceinture est la <strong>seule infrastructure de transports \u00e0 grand gabarit<\/strong> \u00e0 \u00eatre en mesure de devenir une <strong>\u00ab\u00a0rocade logistique\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, en reliant les <strong>hubs logistiques<\/strong> de la capitale, actuels ou futurs : <a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/une-ligne-davenir\/prologis-connect-base-logistique-batignolles\/\">Prologis Connect<\/a> (Batignolles), Chapelle-International, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sogaris.fr\/fiche\/quai-bercy\/\">Bercy-Charenton<\/a>. Et celui des Gobelins, naturellement \u2013 notamment en le mettant en lien avec les <strong>halles de Rungis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre association en appelle donc \u00e0 un <strong>v\u00e9ritable sursaut<\/strong>, afin que la Petite Ceinture ne soit pas seulement vue comme <strong>\u00ab\u00a0des rails pour faire joli\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> (!), mais bel et bien comme un <strong>v\u00e9ritable atout<\/strong> afin de <strong>d\u00e9carboner les transports et la desserte marchandises de Paris<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rachet\u00e9e \u00e0 la SNCF par le groupe SEGRO, la gare des Gobelins s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 conna\u00eetre d\u2019importants travaux de transformation.
