Notre association revient sur diff\u00e9rents points ayant fait&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019actualit\u00e9 de la ligne<\/strong>&nbsp;au cours de ces derniers mois. Les diff\u00e9rentes variantes indiqu\u00e9es sont \u00e9voqu\u00e9es ci-dessous.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le prolongement du T8 vers Rosa Parks&nbsp;: un projet structurant pour le nord parisien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toujours au Nord de Paris, le choix de l\u2019emplacement du <strong>terminus du T8<\/strong> se pr\u00e9cise. Pour m\u00e9moire, ce projet vise \u00e0 prolonger cette ligne de tramway de <strong>Saint-Denis<\/strong> \u00e0 la gare de <strong>Rosa Park<\/strong>s \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019horizon <strong>2031<\/strong>. Soit un trac\u00e9 de <strong>5,5&nbsp;km<\/strong> comprenant <strong>10 stations<\/strong> suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un projet aux <strong>multiples enjeux<\/strong>&nbsp;: accompagner les <strong>profondes mutations<\/strong> du <strong>nord-est parisien<\/strong>, de <strong>Saint-Denis<\/strong> et <strong>Aubervilliers<\/strong>, renforcer les <strong>liaisons<\/strong> \u2013 jusqu\u2019ici insuffisantes \u2013 entre ces diff\u00e9rentes communes, et encourager la <strong>multimodalit\u00e9<\/strong>. En pointill\u00e9s, un prolongement envisag\u00e9 via la Petite Ceinture vers la station Corentin Cariou, voire vers la Porte de Vincennes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boulevard Macdonald&nbsp;: des correspondances malais\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9las, le sc\u00e9nario d\u2019un terminus rue Gaston Tessier <strong>n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu<\/strong>. En juillet dernier, la <strong>Ville de Paris<\/strong> et<strong> \u00cele-de-France Mobilit\u00e9s<\/strong> ont confirm\u00e9 le choix d\u2019un <strong>terminus en impasse<\/strong>, situ\u00e9 <strong>boulevard Macdonald<\/strong>. Soit un \u00ab&nbsp;entre-deux&nbsp;\u00bb peu commode tant pour l\u2019exploitation du T8 que pour les voyageurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019une part, ce terminus imposerait aux trams un <strong>virage \u00e0 90\u00b0<\/strong> depuis <strong>l\u2019Avenue de la Porte<\/strong> <strong>d\u2019Aubervilliers<\/strong> vers le <strong>Boulevard Macdonald<\/strong>. Ce qui n\u00e9cessitera <strong>d\u2019interrompre le trafic<\/strong> sur ces <strong>2 axes<\/strong> lors du passage d\u2019une rame. Notez la correspondance avec le RER E (en pointill\u00e9s roses), relativement longue et fastidieuse.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autre part, la <strong>faible distance<\/strong> entre ce carrefour et les voies du T3b rend difficile l\u2019am\u00e9nagement d\u2019une <strong>arri\u00e8re-gare<\/strong>, pourtant <strong>indispensable<\/strong> compte tenu du fort trafic envisag\u00e9 par&nbsp;IDFM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais surtout, cette variante impose un <strong>cheminement assez long<\/strong> aux voyageurs pour rejoindre la gare de Rosa Parks \u2013 et qui contraint de <strong>traverser les voies du T3b<\/strong>. Sur cette vue d\u2019artiste, l\u2019une des deux voies du terminus du T8 cisaillerait celles du T3b. \u00a9 Ile-de-France Mobilit\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On se souvient pourtant que la d\u00e9cision d\u2019implanter le <strong>T3b<\/strong> sur le <strong>parvis nord<\/strong> de la gare de Rosa Parks \u2013 et non sur le boulevard Macdonald comme initialement pr\u00e9vu \u2013 \u00e9tait justement li\u00e9e au <strong>manque de visibilit\u00e9 des correspondances<\/strong>&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019intermodalit\u00e9, grande perdante de cette d\u00e9cision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019abandon des <strong>sc\u00e9nario \u00ab&nbsp;Gaston Tessier&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> et <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Parvis Nord&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> est <strong>tr\u00e8s r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur<\/strong>. Car elle met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019acharnement de la Ville \u00e0 <strong>refuser l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du tram T8 sur le parvis Rosa Parks<\/strong> \u2013 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du T3b. Notre association, la Fnaut et Plus de trains avaient d\u2019ailleurs propos\u00e9 que le T3b <strong>partage son tunnel<\/strong> avec le T8 (trait jaune sur la carte ci-dessus)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motif de refus invoqu\u00e9&nbsp;: la volont\u00e9 de pas constituer un <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;hub&nbsp;\u00bb de transports<\/strong> \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des habitations. Un argument difficile \u00e0 comprendre, puisque le T8 sera finalement envoy\u00e9 <strong>de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ces m\u00eames immeubles<\/strong> c\u00f4t\u00e9 Bvd Macdonald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/t3-rosa-parks-02.jpg\" alt=\"Tram T8 Rosa Parks T3b\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Le parvis Nord de la gare de Rosa Parks. \u00c0 gauche, les voies de la Petite Ceinture, cens\u00e9es initialement accueillir le terminus du T8. \u00a9 Jean-Nicolas Lehec<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La vraie raison se trouve ailleurs. Il para\u00eet aujourd\u2019hui \u00e9vident que la Ville veut <strong>emp\u00eacher \u00e0 tout prix<\/strong> que le <strong>tram T8<\/strong> ne se dirige <strong>vers la Petite Ceinture<\/strong>. Plus que jamais, la majorit\u00e9 municipale actuelle voit cette derni\u00e8re exclusivement comme une <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;coul\u00e9e verte&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/strong> les rails ayant une <strong>pure fonction d\u00e9corative<\/strong>. Celle d\u2019un terminus situ\u00e9 <strong>rue d\u2019Aubervilliers<\/strong>. D\u2019autre part, celui <strong>d\u2019orienter le tramway vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de Paris<\/strong>. Et d\u2019augurer un potentiel prolongement <strong>vers le c\u0153ur de la ville,<\/strong> via la rue de Crim\u00e9e \u2013 et donc vers la station de m\u00e9tro du m\u00eame&nbsp;nom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9las, pour le moment, les lignes de tramway franciliennes semblent condamn\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>rester \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de Paris<\/strong>. Une solution \u00ab&nbsp;d\u2019entre-deux&nbsp;\u00bb, o\u00f9 le tram T8 \u00e9vite soigneusement de <strong>p\u00e9n\u00e9trer r\u00e9ellement dans Paris<\/strong> \u2013 tout en <strong>complexifiant le trafic<\/strong> sur <strong>l\u2019Av. de la Porte d\u2019Aubervilliers<\/strong> comme sur le <strong>boulevard Macdonald<\/strong>. Et qui, <em>in fine<\/em>, <strong>complique<\/strong> les correspondances au lieu de les <strong>faciliter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix du <strong>Parvis Nord<\/strong> (via le tunnel du T3b) e\u00fbt \u00e9t\u00e9 la <strong>solution la plus \u00e9vidente<\/strong>, de m\u00eame que celui d\u2019orienter <strong>l\u2019arri\u00e8re-gare du T8 vers la Petite Ceinture<\/strong>. H\u00e9las, le refus syst\u00e9matique de la majorit\u00e9 municipale cr\u00e9e cette <strong>solution complexe et peu lisible<\/strong>, tant pour les <strong>voyageurs<\/strong> que pour <strong>l\u2019exploitant de la ligne<\/strong> (RATP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/t3-rosa-parks-08-1024x682.jpg\" alt><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Les rails du T3b rejoingnent le boulevard Macdonald. \u00a9 Jean-Nicolas Lehec<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On se rappelle pourtant que le <strong>prolongement du T8<\/strong> <strong>vers la Petite Ceinture ferroviaire<\/strong> de Paris  aurait permis de <strong>nombreuses correspondances<\/strong> <strong>faciles<\/strong> avec les diff\u00e9rentes lignes du m\u00e9tro. Il aurait permis d\u2019envisager une extension vers la Porte de Vincennes \u2013 voire vers Bercy, en d\u00e9senclavant les quartiers des <strong>Buttes-Chaumont<\/strong>, du <strong>P\u00e8re-Lachaise<\/strong> et de <strong>M\u00e9nilmontant<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9las, comme pour le choix du <strong>terminus du T2<\/strong> \u00e0 la <strong>Porte de Versailles<\/strong>, la Petite Ceinture est rel\u00e9gu\u00e9e \u00e0 un r\u00f4le de <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;voie verte&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong>, en d\u00e9pit du <strong>r\u00f4le structurant<\/strong> que cette double-voie pourrait jouer. Pour autant, la <strong>mise en service envisag\u00e9e<\/strong> (2031) semble encore <strong>tr\u00e8s lointaine<\/strong>&nbsp;: les occasions seront nombreuses <strong>pour notre association<\/strong> et ses <strong>partenaires<\/strong> de faire entendre <strong>leurs voix<\/strong> \u2013 et celles des<strong> franciliens<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Au Nord de Paris, le choix de l\u2019emplacement du terminus du tram T8 se pr\u00e9cise.
