Situ\u00e9 dans le <strong>13<sup class=\"ordinal\">e<\/sup> arrondissement<\/strong>, il vient prendre place au-dessus des voies de la <strong>gare d\u2019Austerlitz<\/strong>, \u00e0 deux pas de <strong>l\u2019Avenue de France<\/strong> et de la gare <strong>d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans-Ceinture (Massena)<\/strong>. Cr\u00e9dit photo&nbsp;: SEMAPA.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La reconstitution d\u2019un lin\u00e9aire interrompu depuis de longues ann\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La section <strong>Rive Gauche<\/strong> de la Petite Ceinture et la gare <strong>d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans-Ceinture<\/strong> voient le jour en <strong>1867<\/strong>.&nbsp;Pour franchir les voies de la gare d\u2019Austerlitz (Compagnie du Chemin de fer de Paris \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans, dit PO), les trains empruntent un <strong>pont m\u00e9tallique<\/strong>. D\u00e8s janvier 1994, la Petite Ceinture est coup\u00e9e au niveau du <strong>boulevard&nbsp;du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral&nbsp;Jean Simon<\/strong>, et le raccordement de Tolbiac est supprim\u00e9. Ceci afin&nbsp;de permettre le passage de camions pour le gigantesque chantier de la <strong>ZAC Seine Rive-Gauche<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette gigantesque op\u00e9ration d\u2019urbanisme, dont la <strong>Biblioth\u00e8que Fran\u00e7ois Mitterrand<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 la 1<sup class=\"ordinal\">e<\/sup> r\u00e9alisation, vise \u00e0 r\u00e9habiliter la zone comprise entre la <strong>gare d\u2019Austerlitz<\/strong> et le <strong>Boulevard Jean Simon<\/strong>, incluant notamment l\u2019ancienne <strong>gare de Tolbiac<\/strong> (soit 130&nbsp;hectares). Elle pr\u00e9voit ainsi la couverture int\u00e9grale des voies de la gare d\u2019Austerlitz (sur plus de 26 ha), et la construction d\u2019immeubles d\u2019habitation et de bureaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/img0020-2-isabelle-lopez-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Pont-rail Avenue de France Petite Ceinture\" class=\"wp-image-3676\"><figcaption>Le lin\u00e9aire de la Petite Ceinture interrompu au niveau de la gare de Massena, au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990. Cr\u00e9dit photo&nbsp;: Isabelle Lopez.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, en&nbsp;2012, le pont m\u00e9tallique de la Petite Ceinture est d\u00e9mont\u00e9 dans le cadre de la&nbsp;<strong>couverture&nbsp;des voies de la gare d\u2019Austerlitz<\/strong>. Cr\u00e9dit photo&nbsp;: Guillaume Boisserie<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi, ce&nbsp;nouveau tablier m\u00e9tallique, install\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment,&nbsp;est donc un premier pas vers le <strong>r\u00e9tablissement de la liaison ferroviaire dans ce secteur<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un pont-rail de 235 tonnes&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;pose de ce <strong>nouveau pont-rail<\/strong> s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la construction de la&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.semapa.fr\/Infos-travaux\/Paris-Rive-Gauche\/Travaux-de-couverture-des-voies-ferrees-et-construction-de-logements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dalle M10VP<\/a>,&nbsp;lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2018. Il&nbsp;vise \u00e0 couvrir les voies de la gare d\u2019Austerlitz jusqu\u2019au boulevard du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Jean Simon. Ainsi, la construction de l\u2019\u00eelot <strong>M10VP<\/strong>, d\u00e9limit\u00e9 par l\u2019Avenue de France, le boulevard du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Jean Simon, la rue Julie Daubi\u00e9 et la rue Louise Bourgeois, est attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 un groupement form\u00e9 par diff\u00e9rentes entreprises&nbsp;:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chantiers-modernes.fr\/vinci\/dalle-m10\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chantiers&nbsp;modernes construction<\/a>&nbsp;(filiale du groupe Vinci),&nbsp;Soletanche&nbsp;Bachy Agence France Nord, Botte fondations&nbsp;et Mati\u00e8re.
