href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/la-ligne\/histoire-petite-ceinture\/\">ouverte par \u00e9tapes entre 1852 et 1869<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 Si une grande partie des emprises ferroviaires situ\u00e9es dans le 16e arrondissement n\u2019existent plus, la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de la ligne subsiste avec des usages diff\u00e9rents\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les tron\u00e7ons Nord, Est et Sud\u00a0sont peu utilis\u00e9s pour le transport ferroviaire depuis les ann\u00e9es 1990-2000 (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">en bleu<\/span> dans la carte ci-apr\u00e8s;<\/li>\n<li>la partie Ouest, entre les gares d\u2019avenue Henri Martin et de Porte de Clichy (environ 4 km) accueille <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">la ligne C du RER<\/span> depuis le 25 septembre 1988.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column Pont Cardinet<\/strong>, ferm\u00e9e au trafic voyageurs le <strong>6 janvier 1985<\/strong> dans le cadre des travaux li\u00e9es \u00e0 la future desserte.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Seule la section <span style=\"color: #dc9600;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Avenue Henri-Martin &#8211; Pereire Levallois\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0est reprise par les trains de la <strong>ligne C.<\/strong> Les parties terminales de la ligne d\u2019Auteuil connaissent alors un sort oppos\u00e9\u00a0:\u00a0 la section <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Pereire-Levallois \/ Pont Cardinet\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/span> est modernis\u00e9e et exploit\u00e9e en <strong>navette<\/strong> lors de la mise en service de la ligne C. 1993<\/strong> puis retir\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 national en <strong>2008<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Pour autant, il continue d\u2019\u00eatre la <strong>propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de SNCF R\u00e9seau<\/strong>, n\u2019ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retranch\u00e9 du <strong>domaine public ferroviaire<\/strong>. Le site est ouvert au public sous la forme d\u2019un <strong>sentier nature<\/strong> depuis 2007. Les vastes emprises de la <strong>gare d\u2019Auteuil<\/strong> ont, quant \u00e0 elle, \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues \u00e0 des <strong>promoteurs immobiliers<\/strong> pour la construction d\u2019immeubles d\u2019habitation, le long du boulevard Suchet. Elle\u00a0constitue ainsi une <strong>r\u00e9serve de capacit\u00e9<\/strong> pour l\u2019am\u00e9nagement \u00e9ventuel de voies de garages d\u2019un <strong>terminus interm\u00e9diaire en gare d\u2019Avenue Henri Martin<\/strong> pour la ligne C du RER. Une pr\u00e9caution comparable \u00e0 la disposition retenue dans le secteur <strong>Passy-La-Muette &#8211; Avenue Henri Martin<\/strong>. Initialement sign\u00e9 pour <strong>5 ans<\/strong>, il est finalement prolong\u00e9 <strong>jusqu\u2019en 2015<\/strong>. Dans le cadre de ce nouveau protocole, le groupe SNCF remplace R\u00e9seau Ferr\u00e9 de France, disparu le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2014 au profit de SNCF R\u00e9seau, en date du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2015.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Sign\u00e9 pour une p\u00e9riode de <strong>dix ans<\/strong>, ce protocole constitue le <strong>document r\u00e9f\u00e9rent actuellement en vigueur<\/strong> concernant l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la Petite Ceinture. Ce texte est disponible int\u00e9gralement <a href=\"https:\/\/archives.petiteceinture.org\/IMG\/pdf\/protocole-cadre_petite_ceinture_17_juin_2015.pdf\">sur notre site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Une diff\u00e9rence notable intervient dans ce second protocole\u00a0: <strong>la Ville ne reverse plus de redevances au groupe SNCF<\/strong> pour l\u2019ouverture au public des emprises ferroviaires.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4231170 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4231170\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Comme dans le premier protocole, ce texte d\u00e9finit et <strong>r\u00e9affirme clairement l\u2019appartenance de la Petite Ceinture au r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 national<\/strong>. Ainsi, le pr\u00e9ambule du protocole pr\u00e9cise\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>La Petite Ceinture, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de SNCF R\u00e9seau, fait partie du r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 national<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019exception d\u2019un tron\u00e7on \u00e0 l\u2019Ouest, entre Auteuil et la Muette dans le 16e arrondissement, retranch\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 national en 2008, et de la section du 17e arrondissement comprise entre la rue Alphonse de Neuville et le Pont Cardinet, dite \u00ab\u00a0Tranch\u00e9e Pereire\u00a0\u00bb, ferm\u00e9e en 2013.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- \/wp:quote --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Dans son pr\u00e9ambule, le protocole revient sur la concertation men\u00e9e par la Ville de Paris en janvier et f\u00e9vrier 2013 et les grandes lignes qui ont \u00e9merg\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9versibilit\u00e9 des am\u00e9nagements<\/strong> et n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de <strong>conserver la continuit\u00e9 du lin\u00e9aire de l\u2019infrastructure<\/strong> afin de ne pas hypoth\u00e9quer de <strong>futurs usages pour les transports<\/strong>\u00a0; pr\u00e9servation du caract\u00e8re unique de la Petite Ceinture et <strong>valorisation du patrimoine de la ligne<\/strong>\u00a0; mixit\u00e9 des usages dans les grandes largeurs du lin\u00e9aire\u00a0; besoin de nature et d\u2019espaces ouverts\u00a0; n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de sauvegarder le corridor de biodiversit\u00e9 que constitue la Petite Ceinture et prise en consid\u00e9ration des services \u00e9cologiques rendus.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6de6426 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6de6426\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le texte d\u00e9finit les objectifs de ce protocole-cadre de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Afin de mettre en valeur la Petite Ceinture, la Ville de Paris et le groupe SNCF mettront en \u0153uvre un dispositif partenarial innovant permettant de :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rendre progressivement possible, \u00e0 compter de 2015, l\u2019ouverture au public du plus grand nombre de tron\u00e7ons identifi\u00e9s au Sud, au Sud-Est, \u00e0 l\u2019Est et au Nord-Est de la Petite Ceinture [\u2026] ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Faciliter le d\u00e9veloppement [\u2026] des activit\u00e9s de promenade, de loisirs, culturelles, \u00e9conomiques, sportives ou encore li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture urbaine et aux jardins partag\u00e9s, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 mettre en valeur et \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre les lieux et constructions remarquables existant sur ces emprises dont les gares sans affectation aujourd\u2019hui ou certains tunnels et voutes en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant autant que possible des revenus domaniaux\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Prot\u00e9ger et valoriser les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de patrimoine naturel, architectural et paysager de la petite Ceinture [\u2026].<\/p>\n<p>Le dispositif devra imp\u00e9rativement garantir la <strong>pr\u00e9servation de la continuit\u00e9 <\/strong>de la plate-forme et ses usages futurs, ce qui passe par la <strong>r\u00e9versibilit\u00e9 des am\u00e9nagements<\/strong> qui pourraient y \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s\u00a0; il devra \u00e9galement pr\u00e9server la <strong>continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019exploitation ferroviaire<\/strong> pour les sections circul\u00e9es et non circul\u00e9es (c\u00e2bles).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70d983ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"70d983ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>En d\u2019autres termes, le groupe SNCF et la Mairie de Paris souhaitent \u0153uvrer \u00e0 la <strong>valorisation \u00e9conomique de la Petite Ceinture<\/strong>. Diff\u00e9rentes portions sont am\u00e9nag\u00e9es et ouvertes au public. Elles peuvent \u00eatre aujourd\u2019hui <a href=\"https:\/\/petiteceinture.org\/acceder-a-la-petite-ceinture\/\">visit\u00e9es dans les 12<sup>e<\/sup>, 13<sup>e<\/sup>, 14<sup>e<\/sup> et 19<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissements<\/a>.
